All efforts shall be exhausted in our warehouse and office to locate missing packages. Where this is not successful, the Jamaica Customs will be engaged for accountability purposes. This could take in excess of ninety (90) days.
KKB’s Shipping shall not be held accountable for packages that have left our Miami Warehouse in transit to Jamaica but have not been received by us.

Once your package arrives in our Miami Warehouse, it will take between 3 – 7 business days for it to be available to you providing that there’s no delay.
Login to your account and go to “pre-alert packages” to upload your invoices.
Please refer to the Jamaica Customs Agency website for items that are dutable.
Duty may be applied to ALL packages with invoices totaling USD 100 or more.
Once an invoice is not provided prior to clearance, feedback may take up to two weeks after the invoice has been provided.
